"I have been with state farm for many years, and unfortunately it was with this office. I tried to call everyday for a week and a half, no returned calls no communication. Made a payment this morning, it wasnot to their office likings, they didn't bat a eye to send me a snotty/rude email. Mike Stuckey when it should be named Mike Sucky!"
"Hey Ann, thanks for the review and the new moniker. You have been with our office for a while and we appreciate your business. The fact of the matter is that during your tenure with us, repeated delinquencies caused an excess and unnecessary amount of work for our team and often confusion on both ends. We attempted to take a payment for your total amount due to help realign your account and avoid future issues. I was surprised when, instead, you bypassed our office team to make a payment that was insufficient to bring your account current, despite our recommendation to do otherwise. When a payment is made for less than the amount due, it produces continued issues with a billing account. These issues take additional time and research, time that is better spent serving you (and other customers) in other ways. The email sent provided other options for you to independently manage your billing account. "
